Take a Moment for Meditation

“He gives rest to His beloved” (Psalm 127:2).

If your spirit has been running on empty, we invite you to step into a moment of holy stillness.

Give rest to your mind, heart, soul, and body, and join us Next Wednesday, June 24th at 4:30 p.m. for our meditation class in the Sanctuary at St. Peter’s.

It is a gentle space to breathe, release, and let God restore what has been poured out.

Sit, rest, and let your soul be renewed.

Join Carissa Johnson as she leads a 30-minute loving kindness (metta) meditation and discussion about meditation. Held in the church sanctuary, comfortable pews are available to sit in or bring your own cushion to use. Meditation starts at 4:30pm on the 4th Wednesday of the month. Please come a few minutes early to take your seat. Free for all or donations can be made in support of St. Peter’s memorial gardens and/or community events. No experience is necessary. Come and enjoy the peace that spiritual meditation can bring. This event is open to all!
