Consonare is pleased to present our versatile and innovative vocal chamber ensemble, Voices of Concinnity, presenting a special holiday concert, “Concinnity by Candlelight,” on December 5th at 5:00pm at St. Peter’s in Hebron. This live, in-person concert will include an audience carol sing, as well as a variety of compositions celebrating the Christmas season.

“Concinnity by Candlelight” is a luminous program sung by Voices of Concinnity featuring a beautiful collection of contemplative holiday choral favorites. The concert will feature Christmas and holiday songs such as “Love came down at Christmas” by Eleanor Daley, “In the bleak midwinter” by Gustav Holst, “Halcyon Days” by Melissa Dunphy, “In Bethlehem Above” by Yshanni Perinpanayagam, “The Waiting Sky” by Oliver Tarney, “Hymn to the Virgin” by Benjamin Britten, “Gabriel’s Message” arr. by Jim Clements, and more. The concert concludes with an audience carol sing with Voices of Concinnity with songs chosen beforehand.
